基于C8051F021微控制器的退火炉温度控制系统

摘    要:介绍了利用C8051F021微控制器实现的智能化温度控制系统方案,给出了系统的硬件和软件组成.该控制系统硬件采用新型的C8051F021微控制器和图形液晶显示模块,它不但能进行退火炉温度的实时控制,而且可以记录温度/时间数据曲线,并以图形方式显示给操作者.整个系统具有硬件结构简单、人机界面的管理功能全、系统可靠性高、记录的数据可靠、使用和维修方便等特点.

Abstract:An intelligent control system using C8051F021 MCU is introduced. The system hardware and software are described. The hardware of this control system adopts new-type C8051F021 MCU and liquid crystal graphic module. It can not only perform real-time control of the temperature of the annealing furnace but also can record the temperature versus time data, and show them to operators by way of plots. The system has simple structure, high system reliability, and the data recorded are reliable and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
