镍氢( Ni /MH)电池 10C放电循环寿命衰减机理研究

摘    要:对Ni/MH电池在1C充放电和1C充电10C放电条件下的循环寿命进行了考察,结果表明10C放电条件下电池循环寿命只有76次。对10C放电循环前后电池内阻、正负极电位、负极性能变化和贮氢合金腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明由于10C放电条件下电池的温度较高,导致合金腐蚀速度增加。而合金的腐蚀消耗电解液,使电池内阻增加,负极性能恶化,电池寿命发生衰减。

Abstract:The cycle lifes of Ni/MH battery at 1C rate charge-discharge and 1C rate charge 10C ratedischarge were tested. The results show that the cycle number in the latter case is only 76. The internal resistance, potential of positive,negative electrodes, performance of negative electrode of battery after76 cycles at 10C rate discharge and corrosion mechanism for hydrogen storage alloys were investigated.The results show higher temperature of Ni/MH battery at 10C rate discharge results in the corrosion rate of alloys increasing. Loss of water in electrolyte due to alloy corrosion. It leads to internal re-sistance increasing,negative electrode performance fading, and shorter cycle life of MH/Ni batteries.
