一种新型宽频减振器的试验研究及应用

摘    要:本文研究了一种新型的宽频减振器——粉粒体冲击减振器.试验发现:这种减振器在15H_Z~1100H_Z 的频带内均有良好的减振效果.在此基础上,作者研究了影响减振器减振效果的几个参数.最后,将其具体地应用于一台万能工具铣床上,取得了明显的宽频减振效果,这表明该减振器有实用价值.

Abstract:This paper deals with a new kind of wide-band damper-the impact damper with granular material Experiments show that this damper can restrain Vibration effectively within a wide freguency range. Based on this,the authors studied a few parameters which effect the behavior of the damper.Finally,the damper was used in a universal milling machine and proved to be effective and applicable.
