在贵港航运枢纽工程水电项目施工中，运用网络计划，抓住关键线路，即一期围堰、厂房进水口土建挡水线，二期截流、闸坝等施工项目，确保了整个承包工程的进度．在施工过程中，共进行了20多项施工组织设计、施工措施优化、施工新技术和新工艺的研究和推广，包括无外支撑混凝土大梁施工技术等．

In the construction of hydrowpower engineering of Guigang Navigation Project, We adopted network planning technique, seized hold of key project in the construction of first-stage cofferdam, soil water-re-retaining works in power house inlet, second-stage river closure, gate and dam, ensured the engineering progressof contracted project. In the process of construction,we made 20 construction designs, construction measuresoptimizing,research and promote of construction new technology and technique. The new construction technique of erecting formworks without outside supporting was applied.
