X712铣床数控化改造及电气控制设计

摘    要:针对X712型铣床进行的数控技术改造,阐述了21DM数控系统的组成、功能及21DM数控系统在普通铣床上的应用。讨论了主轴电机的转向和速度控制的设定,说明了XYZ轴伺服电机的换向和脉冲方向的关系,提出了对整个系统的保护措施。实际使用表明系统获得了良好的控制效果,为企业技术改造提供了一种途径。

Abstract:The article shows the combination and function of 21DM numerical control system and 21DM NC system is applied to ordinary mill machines by numerated technical reformation of ordinary X712 mill ma- chine.The described set of spindle motor's sheer and speed control,explanation the relation of exchange direc- tion's XYZ axis servo motors and direction of pulse.The employment in fact enunciation system acquired the good control result.It provides the path of technology improvement in factories.
