| 摘 要： | LBTF5000型充气梁篦式冷却机是在其系列产品广泛应用的基础上设计的用于5000t/d至5500t/d的熟料冷却设备、设计采用了高阻力篦板、厚料层、均匀分风、脉冲供风等工艺技术，其篦床分区更适合规模大型化的特点，并提出了供风参数取值的依据，该设备的保证性能指标已达到国内外同类产品的先进水平。

| Abstract: | LBTF5000 type aeration beam grate cooler is developed on the basis of wide application of its serial products, and is mainly used for clinker cooling device with capacity of 5000 t/d to 5500 t/d. Technology of high-resistance grate plate, thick material layer, evenly air distribution and pulse air supply etc. are adopted in design. The grate bed distribution is more suitable to characteristics of large-scale production capacity. Basis of air supply parameters selection is given in this paper. Guaranteed performance targets of this equipment have reached advanced level of domestic and international products of the same categories. |
