摘    要:为了解决炮弹维修表面处理手工脱脂技术落后、效率低、质量差等问题,研制了一种炮弹表面综合处理系统。针对炮弹维修主要技术要求,提出了一种炮弹表面自动化综合处理系统设计方案,介绍了多功能炮弹表面处理剂、自动喷淋装置、自动输送装置、红外烘干装置、自动控制系统的设计及性能,并分析了该处理系统的作用原理及作用可靠性。实验表明,该系统自动化程度高,适用弹种广,安全可靠,可实现炮弹表面“脱脂、除锈、磷化、钝化”综合处理。

Abstract:In order to solve the artillery maintenance manual skim backward technology, low efficiency and poor quality problem, a shell surface integrated processing system was developed. In view of the main technical requirements of artillery maintenance, a kind of shell surface automation integrated processing system design scheme was put forward, the multi-function shell surface treatment agent, automatic spray equipment, automatic transmission device, infrared drying device, the design and performance of the automatic control system were introduced, and the action principles and action reliability of the processing system were analyzed . Experimental results show that the system is of high degree of automation, it is suitable for projectiles, safe and reliable, which can realize the “shell surface degreasing, derusting, phosphating, passivation” comprehensive processing.
