摘    要:石灰是炼钢生产中的主要碱性造渣材料,其质量好坏对冶炼工艺、钢产品质量以及炉衬寿命等都有着重要影响。本试验采用滴定的方法对不同条件下生产的石灰活性度进行了测定,对影响炼钢用石灰活性的因素进行了分析,经过对比分析得出,影响炼钢用石灰的活性度有诸多因素,而煅烧设备、煅烧温度是影响烧成石灰活性的主要因素。在石灰石焙烧过程中添加NaCl,可以起到提高石灰活性度的作用。

Abstract:Lime is a basic alkaline slagging material in the steelmaking process,its quality has an important influence on steelmaking process,quality of steel products and lining lifespan.In this paper we make use of the method of titration to determine the activeness of lime produced in different conditions,and factors influencing lime activeness are analyzed.Through comparative analysis,we can find out that the main factors affecting the activeness of lime are calcination facilities and calcination temperature,and that we can improve the activeness of lime by means of adding NaCl in the process of limestone roasting.
