摘    要:采用常压低温等离子体射流(APPJ)预处理结合碱性果胶酶对棉针织物进行精练,通过测试润湿时间、白度和强力,分析等离子体处理时间、喷嘴与织物距离(JTSD)、果胶酶处理时间、酶浓度等因素对果胶酶精练效果的影响,优化了APPJ预处理工艺(He/O2 20/0.2 L/min,40W,60 s,喷嘴与织物距离为2 mm)和无助剂果胶酶处理工艺(Bioprep 3000L 300 APSU/g织物,50℃,60 min,pH值8.0).经此工艺处理后,织物的润湿时间小于2s,强力保留率大于90%,达到传统碱精练处理效果.

Abstract:Alkaline pectinase scouring of cotton fabric is carried out combined with atmospheric pressure plasma jet(APPJ) pretreatment.The effects of APPJ treatment time,jet-to-substrate distance(JTSD),pectinase concentration and enzyme treatment time on enzyme scouring results are discussed by determining wetting time,CIE whiteness and retained bursting strength.The optimum APPJ pretreatment process is He/O2 20/0.2 L/min,40 W,exposure time 60 s and JTSD 2 mm.The optimum pectinase scouring process is treating at 50 ℃ for 60 min with Bioprep 3000L 300 APSU/g fabric and pH value 8.0.The treated cotton fabric can obtain the same scouring results those with the traditional scouring process with wetting time of less than 2 s and strength retention of more than 90%.
