蓄热室装置对玻璃熔窑节能减排的重大作用

摘    要:蓄热室即是助热装置又是节能装置,对有蓄热室窑炉和无蓄热室窑炉能够达到的温度进行了计算对比,同时对玻璃熔窑采用蓄热室的节能量进行了计算。提出了玻璃熔窑蓄热室格子体高度应随燃料价格的上涨而加高。

Abstract:It is pointed out that the regenerator is both a heat booster and a energy saving setup . The maximum temperature of glass furnace with and without regenerator was calculated and compared , the amount of energy-saving for glass furnace with regenerator was also calculated . The height of regenerator checker should be raised with the rise of fuel price .
