玻璃模具的三维不稳态温度场数值模拟

摘    要:本文采用有限差分法对玻璃模具工作条件下的温度场,进行了数值模拟;建立了模具工作条件下各边界的数学模型;编制了三维不稳态周期变化的柱坐标下模具温度场计算机程序;对模具的实际工况进行了微机现场测温。数值模拟结果与实测结果的比较,得到了较好的吻合。本项研究第一次将玻璃模具在工作条件下的温度变化及分布情况,定量地揭示出来了。本文的成果,可以直接用于指导玻璃模具的设计、生产工艺的制定,并为模具的计算机辅助设计提供了源程序。

Abstract:This study simulates the temperature field of glass mould in the working condition by the finite difference method, establishes the mathematical model about boundary-value problems of glass mould and compiles s. computer programme about transient three-dimensional periodic return in cylindrical coordinates. The regime tempreature of mould is taken in the working field. The comparison of simulation and measures is satisfied. This paper brings to light the distributions and variations of temperature of the mould in fixed quantity. The results of the paper may direct the mould design, Set up the new mould technique and afford a programme for. computer aided design.
