基于CAD/CAE的曲轴设计研究

摘    要:在分析发动机曲轴结构的基础上,对曲轴结构进行规格化处理,确定曲轴模型参数,并利用CATIA二次开发工具CAA开发了曲轴的快速建模系统;利用ANSYS提供的APDL语言进行编程,实现了曲轴载荷的参数化加载和快速分析。该系统为曲轴设计人员提供了一个简单、方便的建模方法和强度分析手段,有利于提高曲轴的设计质量和效率,缩短设计周期。

Abstract:On the base of analyzing the structure of engine crankshaft,normalized handling of the crankshaft structure,determined parameters of the crankshaft model.The fast modeling system of the crankshaft is established by using the CATIA secondary development tool-CAA.Using APDL programming language provided by ANSYS to program,the parametric loading and rapid strength analysis of the crankshaft is realized.This system provides a simple and convenient modeling method and analysis method for the designer.it is helpful to improve the designing quality and working efficiency and shorten the design cycle.
