摘    要:发光海藻Pyrocystis Lunula正常的生理生化反应受到毒性物质干扰后,会引起发光量降低甚至完全消失。据此原理,美国于1993年推出了一种手提式毒性测试仪,它能快速、准确地对钻井液毒性进行检测和评价。与糠虾法和发光细菌法相比,发光海藻法具有抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高、检测时间短等优点。

Abstract:Pyrocystis Lunula is a kind of luminescent alga, Toxicants could result in the reduction of lumi-nance of the algae. The principle and procedure of this test are presented. This method has the advan-tage of good anti - jamming ability, higher sensitivity and short test time.
