摘    要:为了解决PLC与电子称之间的通讯问题,以PLC无协议通讯技术为基础,提出了一种实现PLC与电子称之间进行通讯的方法,探讨了两者间的通讯协议、硬件连接和软件设计,并将其应用于实际生产中.实践证明,该技术不仅提高了称重过程的生产率以及称重的可靠性,而且可实现称重过程的自动化.

Abstract:In order to resolve the questions of communication between FX2n PLC and electric balance, this paper presents a new method of communication, which is on the basis of the technique of free protocol communication of MITSUBISHI FX2n PLC discussing their communication protocol, hardware connection and software design. It is proven in real manufacture that making use of this technique of communication is not only raising productivity and reliability and also realizing automatization of the process of weighing.
