| Abstract: | M orphological studies of porous silicon surfaces,form ed by chem ically etching,w ere car ried out. Scanning electron m icroscopy ( S E M ) w as used to characterize surface features of porous silicon. The form ing process of porous silicon m icrostructures is discussed based on S E M results. |
