摘    要:对建立的重型车辆8DOF与5DOF实时简化动力学模型进行了比较,优选出了能较好预测未来侧翻危险程度的5DOF模型,进而研究了基于该模型的实时TTR侧翻预警算法和基于预警算法的防侧翻LQR最优主动控制策略。应用差动制动的方法对重型车辆进行了主动侧倾控制,还选取鱼钩等四种转向工况,以TruckSim和MatLab联合仿真来验证预警算法的精度与可靠性。仿真结果表明,基于差动制动的LQR控制方法能有效地降低侧翻指标——横向载荷转移率(LTR),避免侧翻的发生,显著提高了重型车辆的侧倾稳定性。
