| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来和信息技术的迅猛发展,传统的教育方式正向现代教育技术方式转化,这对教师提出了更高的要求,它不仅要求教师应具有良好的思想道德素质,而且还要具有较强的业务素质和创新能力。本文从现代教育技术对教师的要求出发,谈谈如何提高教师的现代教育技术素质。
