| 摘 要： | 在新时期,事业单位发展已经离不开公文管理系统的构建。尤其在信息化时代,电子公文的应用成为电子政务一部分,发挥重要作用。本文结合应用电子公文管理系统的意义,对公文流转以及公文管理系统的实现手段等进行具体分析与阐述,以奠定电子公文管理在电子政务建设中的重要地位。

| Abstract: | The development in the new era,institutions can not be separated from the document management system.In particular,e-government in the application of the information age,electronic documents become part of and play an important role.In this paper,the significance of the application of electronic document management system,document flow and document management system,the means of achieving specific analysis and interpretation,in order to lay the important position of the electronic document management in e-government construction. |
