粗碲粉二次真空蒸馏制备精碲

摘    要:碲是一种重要的稀散金属,碲材料在高新领域应用广泛,对碲及其化合物的需求量和纯度要求越来越高。本文中简述了一种利用实验室箱式电阻炉与真空蒸馏炉探索真空蒸馏工艺对原料粗碲粉的提纯效果,进而设计了电阻炉内烧结铸锭、低温真空蒸馏除杂后,将一次真空蒸馏残留物进行二次高温真空蒸馏提纯的工艺路线。

Abstract:Tellurium is one of the important dissipated metals,which is widely used in the hightech fields.the purity requirements are higher and higher.This paper mainly discusses the effect of vacuum distillation process on the raw materials by using the chamber resistance fumace and vacuum ditillation furmace.After sinter ingot casting in resistance furmace,the process route of secondary at different temperature vacuum distillation is designed.
