摘    要:提出一种新颖的次级箝位方法。将初级的谐振电感等效到变压器次级,同时将二极管反向恢复电流反馈回初级主功率回路中去,不仅抑制了输出整流二极管的尖峰电压,还可以适当增加变压器的磁化电感,进一步扩大零电压开关的负载范围。详细分析了提出的变换器的12种工作状态和工作时序;分别给出了各个状态的等效电路。实验结果表明,提出的方法是可行的。

Abstract:A novel secondary side clamping phase shifted full bridge converter has been proposed in this paper. In the present converter, the resonant inductor of the primary side can be equivalent to the secondary side, and the reverse reco ver current of the diodes in secondary side can be feedback to the primary side too, therefore the inrush voltage on the diodes in the secondary side can be removed, and the load range of the ZVS and the magnetization inductor of the transformer can also be improved. The converter key waveforms and equivalent circuits of 12 modes are given in the paper. The experimental results shown that the proposed convert is practical.
