| 摘 要： | 介绍Smith预估补偿器在纯滞后控制系统中的补偿原理及作用，着重论述Smith补偿器的DDC系统的控制算法，并在玻璃窑炉的料道温度控制中使用Smith预估补偿器获得了成功应用，其控制精度达到0．1％，升温速度达到2℃/min,Smith预估补偿控制与常规的PID控制相比，具有调节时间短，超调量小，鲁棒性好等优点，适应于一般工业生产过程中有屯滞后环节的控制系统，有较大的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The principle and function of Smith's predictive compensator on time-delay system are introduced, especially discusses the control method of using computer on DDC system.It is successfully applied to the thermostatic control system of flow way in glass kien.Compared with PID controler ,it possesses the advantages of short time for adjusting , little overshoot , good robustness,etc. It can be used for time-delay control system in industrial production.It ensures good tracking and control accuracy and has applied value. |
