摘    要:火炮内膛疵病检测系统由计算机、电控箱、测量本体和系统软件组成.膛内定位机构控制系统前进与后退及调整运动速度.系统软件由初始化、图像采集、控制、图像处理和数据库模块组成.置入炮膛内的CCD摄像机窥膛器由电动机驱动,用系统软件实现炮膛内壁疵病定位、图像采集和图像处理.

Abstract:The flaw-detecting system for the chamber of cannon is composed of computer, control cabinet, tested body and system software. The going forward and back of flaw-detecting system is controlled by the lock gear inner the chamber, and its velocity is adjusted by it. The system software is composed of initialization module, image acquisition module, control module, image processing and database modules. The looking glass of CCD vidicon set into the chamber was driven by electromotor, the flaw position and image acquisition in cannon chamber was realized by the system software.
