| 摘 要： | 研究玛咖根的化学成分。采用正反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,利用现代波谱技术确定化合物结构。分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,2)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,3)、苯甲醇(benzyl alcohol,4)、蔗糖(sucrose,5)、正十八烷(octadecane,6)。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Six compounds,β-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(3),benzyl alcohol(4),sucrose(5),and octadecane(6) were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 from the roots of Maca(Lepidium meyenii). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques. Compounds 3,4,and 6 were the first examples isolated from this plant. |
