鲁奇炉废水脱酚处理研究

摘    要:为了提高鲁奇炉废水的脱酚效率,通过在中油中添加助剂的方法来强化和提升中油萃取体系对酚的萃取能力,尤其是提高对多元酚的萃取率。研究了含酚废水pH值、萃取级数及助剂添加量等萃取条件对中油萃取体系的影响。结果表明,含酚废水pH67、萃取级数为3级、助剂添加量为10%时,中油-MIBK萃取体系对多元酚的脱除率达到45.26%,这一数值既能达到后序工段的要求,又比较经济。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of wastewater dephenol of Lurgi furnace,by adding additives in the oil to strengthen and enhance the capacity of the oil extraction system for extracting phenol,particularly to improve the extraction yield of polyphenols. The effects of pH value of phenolic wastewater,extraction stages and added amount of additives of oil extraction conditions on the extraction system were studied. The results showed that phenolic wastewater with pH value of 6 to 7,the three extraction stages,additives dosage with10 percent,the removal rate reached 45. 26% for CNPC-MIBK polyphenol extraction system,and achieved the requirements of section order,and was relatively economical.
