深部开采高水压条件下矿井注浆堵水技术

摘    要:2012年5月26日申家庄煤矿2302工作面回采时在采深约830 m处发生突水,堵水中巷道截流段承受水压高达8.2 MPa。为了完成抢险任务,研究分析了堵水条件,制定了注浆方案,按设计方案进行了施工,复矿排水后截流段安全可靠,堵水效果良好。申家庄煤矿堵水实践表明,在高水压条件下进行注浆堵水,首先要做好巷道截流段的注浆工作,同时要进行突水点采空区注浆和突水通道注浆,在截流段、采空区、突水通道经注浆后连成一个整体的情况下,巷道截流段是安全的。

Abstract:Water inrush happened at 2302 work face in Shenjiazhuang Coal Mine on May 26 th,2012,while the mining depth was about 830 m and the water pressure of closure segment was 8.2 MPa.For rescue mission,the construction work was done according to the design program which was drawn up based on the studying and analyzing of the plugging condition.The closure segment was safe after restoring production,which means the goal of plugging was achieved.Conclusions can be drawn based on this experience.Following with the grouting of closure segment,the water inruch point in goaf and the channel should be grouted.When the closure segment and the position and the channel of water inrush are grouted as a whole,the closure segment is safe.
