引进国外天然气购气合同价格条款研究

为了探讨引进国外天然气特别是管道天然气的购气合同价格条款，首先分析引进国外天然气的影响因素和购气合同中计价、支付货币选择与风险规避的原理，在具体研究欧、美、亚3个天然气市场天然气购气典型定价方式和国内天然气销售市场现状与发展趋势的前提下，提出了引进国外天然气购气合同的现行天然气定价原则与方法及便于实际操作的暂定天然气购进定价方案，最后依据国际天然气贸易惯例对天然气贸易合同中的结算方式、货币选择、付款时间设计具体的解决方案。对引进国外天然气的购进价格条款制定具有现实借鉴意义。

STUDY ON PRICE CLAUSES OF INTERNATIONAL GAS PROCURING CONTRACTS 1)

China is trying to import foreign gas resource to relieve the pressure of gas demand. In order to study the price clauses of international gas procuring contracts, especially for the gas transmitted by pipelines, the effecting factors to import foreign gas and the principles of pricing, selecting pay currency, and preventing risk are first analyzed. According to the typical pricing methods of the 3 gas markets in Europe, America and Asia and the present status and developing trend of domestic gas market, the current gas pricing principle and method of gas procuring contracts to import foreign gas and the temporary pricing program of gas procurement to ease the practical operation are proposed. Then, based on the practice of international gas trade, the concrete programs are designed for the settlement mode, currency selection, and payment time in gas trade contracts, which have strong referential value for importing foreign gas to make price clauses.
