基于FTA的某发动机点火延迟分析

介绍了基于故障树分析法(FTA)进行的某固体火箭发动机低温下点火延迟故障的分析过程。通过对发动机故障试验曲线的分析,得出了点火发动机点火延迟造成主发动机点火延迟的结果,列出了点火发动机点火延迟的故障树,并通过分析及试验对故障树所列因素进行了排查,找到了有可能引起该故障的原因,提出改进措施,改进后的点火发动机能满足使用要求。

Analysis of the Ignition Delay Fault of Solid Rocket Motor Based on FTA

The ignition delay fault of solid rocket motor happening in a low temperature based on FTA is analyzed in the paper.According to the analysis of the ignition delay fault,it is obtained that the ignition delay of the ignition rocket motor resulted in that of the ignition motor.The fault tree of the ignition delay fault of the ignition motor is illustrated.By the analysis and experiments,the reasons of the fault are found through checking the factors in the fault tree.After taking measures to find the fatal factor,the improved ignition motor meets the demand of use.
