| 摘 要： | 模压预格式信息的检测是磁光盘产业化过程中质量检测体系的重要组成部分,本文介绍所研制的一套５Ｘ密度磁光秀模压预格式的检测系统,它以当代仪器发展潮流－－虚拟仪器的基本构架,实现了包括磁光盘扇区标头信号,跨道信号和推挽信号的模压预格式信息及反射率的测试,符合ＩＳＯ／ＩＥＣ１５０４１;１９９６标准规定的测试环境和测试指标。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a new detecting system for the embossed information quality of 5x density magneto optic disks is developed. Based on the architecture of virtual instrument made up of a PC, a driver of magneto optic disks and a date acquisition card, the system can detect sector headers, cross track and push pull signal coming from the reading embossed marks channel, and so can specify the average quality of embossed information. The method and environment of testing in the system conform to the ISO/IEC DIS 15041 standard fully. |
