| Abstract: | The method introduced for finishing the piston skirt profile byusing composite materials is presented is the paper.A medium temperature com-posite material from domestic raw material in developed by the aid of screening andorthogonal tests.Under the experimental investigation of coatig technology andrubbing-out procedure,an optimum barrel piston skirt of S195 eng ine is accomp-lished.The investigation shows that the pistons kirt profile is quickly and accuratelyderived by using the coating composite material of epoxy resin-aluminium powder-molybdenum disulphide.The new method of piston design according to the opti-mum working condition is provided. |
