电容模型在合成磁芯设计中的应用

摘    要:应用电容模型,分析传统E型磁心在全桥合成磁心变换器使用中严重的磁路不平衡问题。提出了一种新型的E型磁心设计,根据合成E型磁心中三个臂发挥的不同功能,复杂的全桥合成磁心设计被分为变压器设计和电感设计。推导出相关公式,通过这些公式可以清楚的发现传统E型磁心在应用于全桥变换器中的磁路不平衡问题。提出了一种实际的解决方案,并通过一种3 kWDC/DC交换的实验电路进行了验证。

Abstract:Using the capacitive modeling method the integrated magnetic full wave converter is analyzed. Regarding the different functions of three-legged E type core,the complex full wave integrated magnetic component design process is divided into transformer design and inductor design.Some formulas for these designs are derived.The problems in commercial "E" type cores that used in integrated magnetic full wave converter were found clearly through these formulas.A practical solution to the problems has been proposed.The principle of operation,features,and design considerations of the new converter are described and verified on a 3 kW DC/DC experimental circuit.
