微波烧结CaZrO3陶瓷的研究

摘    要:以CaZrO3为原料,利用微波等离子体烧结技术制备高密度的CaZrO3陶瓷。研究了工艺参数对CaZrO3陶瓷结构的影响。测试了CaZrO3陶瓷的性能。结果表明,微波等离子体烧结技术与常规法相比,其烧结时间明显缩短,性能有所改善。而微波功率和压力是获得优质CaZrO3陶瓷的关键。

Abstract:With CaZFO3 as a raw material, the high density CaZFO3 ceramics was prepared by microwave plasma sintering process. The effect of the technological parameters on CaZrO3 ceramic structure was studied and CaZrO3 performances were tested. The result indicates that the microwave plasma sintering can short the sintering time and improve the properties of CaZrO3 ceramics as compared with the routine methods. And the microwave power and pressure are the key to getting high-quality CaZrO3 ceramics.
