| 摘 要： | 针对极限规格电镀锡板在宝钢电镀锡机组生产过程中出现折皱问题，分析了机组张力设定、辊型曲线和辊子安装精度等主要影响因素，并分别制定了相应对策和改进措施，同时对其他一些次要影响因素也进行了简单分析，并进行了相应改进。
