大力推广节能减排型环保工业园

为"高能耗、高污染"行业如电镀、漂染、造纸、制革、印花等建立一个集中供水、集中处理工业废水、集中供热的环保工业园,走低消耗、高产出的循环经济模式,是符合国家节能减排政策要求,发展循环经济和环保综合治理的典型项目。本文介绍了环保工业园的概念、指标、生产模式和优点,并以广州新塘环保工业园为典范工程,说明走大力推进节能减排型环保工业园,是保护环境和削减污染的根本手段,也将为我国国民经济建设和社会可持续发展做出重大贡献。

Promote Energy-saving and Pollution-reduction Environmental-industrial Park

Establishing a environmental industrial park of centralized water supplying,industrial waste water treating and heating for high energy consumption and pollution industries,such as electroplating,dyeing,paper making,tanning,printing and so,following low consumption and high-yield recycle economic cycle mode and complying with the national energy-saving and emission reduction policy,is a typical project in the development of recycle economic and comprehensive management of environmental protection.This paper described the concepts,indicators,production patterns and flairs of environmental-industrial park,and took Guangzhou Xintang Industrial Park as an example,to note vigorously promote energy-saving and pollution-reduction environmental industrial parks,was the fundamental means to protect the environment and reducing pollution,also made significant contributions to Chinese national economic development and social development.
