| 摘 要： | 对宝钢高炉降料线快速恢复技术进行了总结。1号高炉实施了降料线至炉身中下部进行喷涂,3号高炉实施了降料线进行S3段冷却壁整体更换作业,并且均实现了快速恢复,从送风开始至全风炉况正常仅历时8-9h。

| Abstract: | The essay summarizes the rapid recovery technology of dropping stock line in blast furnace of Baosteel. No. 1 blast furnace is applied with sprayed lining in the area the middle and lower part of the stack by dropping stockline. The S3 cooling staves in the dropping stockline has been completely replaced under low stockline. These practices are made in a very short time and make the furnace rapidly recovered. It only takes only 8 ~ 9 hours from operation of re - blasting to realization of normal operation status at full blasting condition. |
