河北房地产供需矛盾及对策研究

摘    要:随着制度变革和消费观念的转变,1998年以来,我国房地产业总体上保持了快速健康的发展,房地产业已成为国民经济的重要支柱产业.但是房地产业持续的高位运行,使得房地产市场出现局部过热等经济泡沫现象,影响了国民经济的健康发展.河北省房地产业总体健康,但是也存在一些结构性矛盾,政府需要通过宏观调控机制、产业发展支持系统、微观规范和管制手段进行干预,促进其持续稳定发展.

Abstract:With institution reformation and shift of consumption concept,real estate industry has maintained rapid and healthy development since 1998 in China. Real estate has become important pillar industry of national economy. However,real estate market appeared bubble economy such as part over-heat because of the sustained runs in high position,and influences the healthy development of national economy. In general,Hebei real estate industry remains healthy,but there are some structural contradictions. Government should promote sustained and steady development by means of intervention in macroeconomic control system,support system of industry development,microcosmic standard and restriction means.
