远程数字视频监控系统设计研究

远程数字视频监控系统具有传统模拟监控系统无法比拟的优点。但当前远程数字视频监控系统难以推广应用,主要问题是这种系统给网络以沉重的负担,并且未能有效地使用所获取的视频信息。本文报道对该系统的改进:采用多路视频流整合处理后的网上传输系统结构,有效地降低了网络负担;同时提供的重要视频段的剪辑、管理和动态报警信息管理等功能极大地提高了信息的使用价值。实际运行已证实系统结构的合理性和可靠性。

Design and research on remote digital video monitoring system

Remote digital video monitoring system is in-comparably superior to conventional analogy monitoring system. But, it is not widespread in applications yet, owing to the reasons as follows: the network is inevitably over-burden, video information collected is not effectively utilized. This paper describes the modified design of the digital video monitoring system. The structure of transmission system on the net is disposed by multiplexing conformity of video stream, reducing the network burden effectively. Additional functions are added to the system, such as important video section edit, management, and dynamic alarm information management, making full use of the video information obtained. Practical operations verify the reasonableness and reliability of the system.
