模糊PID控制的步进电机细分驱动器设计

摘    要:从改善步进电机动静态性能的角度出发,给出了基于AT89C51的二相混合式步进电机驱动器的优化设计方案,主要介绍了该驱动器的控制策略和硬件结构等。试验结果表明,驱动器的动静态性能、鲁棒性和控制精度都有了明显的改善。

Abstract:Considering improving the dynamic and static performance of stepping motor,this paper gives a kind of optizimation design of two-phase composite stepping motor drive based on AT89C51.The paper mostly introduces control strategy and hardware configuration of this driver.The experiment result indicates that the dynamic and static performance,robustness and controlling precision of the driver have improved notably.
