| 摘 要： | 日本所进行的以“自主办学”为主导方向的大学改革，通过赋予大学以法人资格，校产结合，灵活设置大学课程，多种形式办学，以及开展大学办学水平的考核评价等举措，给大学的发展注入了活力与生机，也为我国高等学校的改革提供了很好的借鉴。
