摘    要:利用响应面分析法对微波辅助提取北五味子中三萜工艺进行研究,在单因素试验的基础上,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间和预处理剂倍数作为考察因素,采用响应面试验设计,利用Design Expert软件Central Composite设计实验进行优化组合,从而确定微波提取北五味子三萜的最佳工艺参数:乙醇体积分数53.6 9%、预处理剂倍数为4.6倍、提取时间1.89 min,预测北五味子总三萜提取率达到2.137%.验证试验证实了该方程有很好的拟合度,该方法具有提取率高、污染小、节约能源的特点.
