| 摘 要： | 基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的齿轮箱故障诊断测试系统,通过对齿轮箱振动信号的采集、处理与分析,实现对齿轮故障的诊断。介绍了系统的软、硬件功能与设计,实验表明,该系统具有很高的可靠性,可用于实验教学及现场监测。

| Abstract: | The fault diagnosis testing system of gearbox based on virtual instrument LabVIEW can diagnose the fault of gears by collecting and precessing the vibration signal of the gearbox.The design of the software and hardware and their functions is introduced.The experiments showed the system has high reliability and suitable for experiment teaching and field detection. |
