摘    要:应用GC/MS联用技术对以亚临界四号溶剂萃取和分子蒸馏纯化的苦水玫瑰油进行分析,检测出82种挥发性成分,利用计算机标准谱库匹配检索鉴定了46种化合物,其中主要成分有香茅醇(35.90%)、香叶醇(11.27%)、依兰烯(5.10%)等,构成玫瑰油头香的萜烯类物质占23.21%,使玫瑰油更具有天然感,其中香茅醇的含量与保加利亚大马士革玫瑰油接近。

Abstract:The Ku-Shui rose oil obtained from extraction with subcritical 4# solvent and purification with molecular distillation was analyzed by . Eighty two volatile constituents were detected, where 46 constituents among them were identified wittl the standard spectrum data, the main constituents included citronellol (35. 90%), geraniol (11. 27%) and ylangene (5.10%). The constituents that formed the top note of this rose oil were terpenes accounting to 23.2%. The rose oil obtained by this way showed more natural feeling, and the content of geraniol was close to that of Bulgaria Damascus rose oil.
