基于PLC煤矿带式输送机控制系统设计

摘    要:利用计算机、PLC及以工业太网等先进控制技术,成功实现对输煤控制系统设备的数据采集、集中操作、实时监视、数据存储、故障报警、煤量统计;实现了输送带打滑、皮带跑偏故障自动停机,提高了煤矿运输的可靠性和安全感性,减轻了检修及运行人员的劳动强度.

Abstract:Using the computer,PLC and advanced control technology to industrial ethernet,successful implementation of the conveyer control systems equipment data acquisition,centralized operations,real-time monitoring,data storage,fault alarm,the amount of coal statistics;conveyor belt slipping belt runpartial failure automatically shut down,and improve the reliability and safety of the transportation of the coal mines,reducing the labor intensity of the maintenance and operating personnel.
