| 摘 要： | 永平铜矿选矿厂精矿浓密脱水工段负责对铜、硫两种精矿产品进行浓密和脱水。为了提高该流程的自动化水平,进行了自动化系统改造。采用西门子控制系统,实现了电气设备远程监控、系统连锁开停车、陶瓷过滤机远程监控和电子报表等功能。该系统有效提高了生产效率,降低人工劳动强度,取得了良好效果。
