代用碱JT在活性冷轧堆染色中的应用

摘    要:采用活性染料对纯棉织物进行冷轧堆染色,探讨自制代用碱JT、尿素、食盐用量和堆置时间对染色织物K/S值的影响,并测试了染色织物的色牢度。代用碱活性染料冷堆法染色的优化工艺为:代用碱1.5 g/L,尿素10 g/L,食盐20 g/L,堆置时间8 h;代用碱JT染色织物的色光、耐摩擦色牢度与纯碱染色织物相近。

Abstract:Reactive cold pad batch dyeing is carried out on cotton fabric with substitute alkali JT. The influences of dwelling time and dosages of alkali, urea and salt on the K/S value of cotton dyeings are discussed, and the color fastness is tested. The optimum cold pad batch dyeing process is obtained as follows: substitute alkali JT 1.5 g/L, urea 10 g/L, sodium chloride 20 g/L, and dwelling for 8 h. The cotton dyeings with substitute alkali JT feature the same K/S value and color fastness as those with soda ash.
