插补仿真系统在数控技术教学中的应用

摘    要:针对数控技术教学中实验设备和实验课时的局限性,为了便于学生对数控插补原理更好地理解和满足教学的需要,设计开发了基于Visual Basic的数控插补仿真系统,结合数控编程,依据逐点比较法和数字积分法,可以实现对直线和圆弧的插补计算和插补轨迹仿真动态显示,给出了插补流程图和仿真实例。本方法通过交互、可视化的形象手段,提高了授课的质量和效率,在教学中得到了较好的应用。

Abstract:Direct against the limitations of laboratory equipment and experimental class in NC technology teaching,in order to facilitate student to better understand in NC interpolation theory and meet the teaching needs,design and develop NC interpolation simulation system based on Visual Basic,combined with NC programming,based on point by point comparison and digital integration,simulation of dynamic display can be achieved on the linear and circular interpolation and interpolation trajectory,the interpolation flow chart,and the simulation example is presented.By the mutual and visualized means,this method,which improves the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning,having a better application in teaching now.
