移动式平板感应加热磁热耦合的数值模拟

摘    要:以电磁场和温度场有限元分析为基础,建立了板型工件有限元分析模型,运用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS的耦合计算流程,对实际的工件感应淬火过程进行仿真。仿真过程中考虑了工件物理性能参数随温度变化的情况,从温升、功率等多方面对计算结果进行了分析和验证,证明了该耦合计算方法对于指导板型移动式感应加热过程有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The slab finite element method(FEM) model was built on the basis of electromagnetic and thermal field FEM analysis.With the flow of coupling calculation using universal FEM software ANSYS,the practical induction-heating quenching process was simulated.Considering parameters along with temperature changing,the calculation results were validated and analyzed by many aspects such as temperature and power.The results show that the computer simulation has the instruction significance to the actual project.
