| 摘 要： | 本文研究了反相高效液相色谱法,建立了鉴定邻碘马尿酸钠(~(131)I)注射液的放化纯度和化学纯度的方法,此法具有快速、灵敏和准确等优点,优于纸层法,更适用于常规质量鉴定。同时探讨了国际上常用的纸层法以苯-冰醋酸-水体系为展开剂,测得邻碘马尿酸钠(~(131)I)注射液中杂质邻碘苯甲酸(~(131)I)含量偏高的原因。

| Abstract: | In this paper HPLC is applied to study radiochemical purity and chemical purity of 131I-sodium o-iodohippurate, and the reason for the error, which appeared in ordinary paper chromatography with benzene-ice acetic acid-water system as solvent for 131I-sodium o-io dohippurate, is analyzed. The method has the advantages of rapidity, sensitivity and exactness compared with the paper chromatography. It is suitable for routine quality control. |
