大采高液压支架合理工作高度及掩护梁结构研究

摘    要:液压支架的工作高度远低于其最大高度,会使掩护梁承受部分本来应由顶梁承担的顶板压力,致使其受力状况恶化,造成焊缝开裂、平衡千斤顶拉断等结构件破坏。因此将液压支架最大/最小高度区间分为若干支撑区,分析各个支撑区高度范围内掩护梁的受力和运动特征,给出支架最为合理的工作高度区间。采用有限元分析的方法,对恶劣工况下的掩护梁受力状况进行研究,改进其筋板、盖板的结构形式和布置方式。掩护梁是大采高液压支架结构中较为薄弱的一环,使其具有合理的结构和正确的工作姿态,对于减少结构破坏的发生,提高支护系统的可靠性具有重要作用。
