穿层水力冲孔增透技术在严重突出煤层中的应用

摘    要:为了消除严重突出煤层的突出危险性,提高煤层瓦斯预抽率和突出煤巷掘进工作面的掘进速度,以义马煤业集团义安矿YX001工作面轨道巷为研究背景,对穿层水力冲孔增透技术的施工工艺及增透效果进行了研究。现场应用表明,穿层水力冲孔增透技术措施能降低煤层瓦斯压力,增加透气性,冲孔后,残余瓦斯含量下降到3.34~6.43 m3/t,有效地消除了煤层突出危险性;大幅度释放煤体中的瓦斯,使严重突出煤层巷道掘进速度提高了1倍以上,掘进速度达70 m/月(18.3m2大断面),取得了良好的综合防突效果。
