王家山煤矿急倾斜煤层综放设备选型及回采工艺

摘    要:为了确定急倾斜煤层走向长壁综放开采"三机"(液压支架、采煤机和刮板输送机)配套选型及安全可靠的回采工艺,针对王家山煤矿急倾斜煤层赋存条件及开采技术特点,采用三维数值模拟,分析了采场围岩与支架受力过程,顶板及顶煤破坏变形特征,结合工作面设备防倒防滑需要,初步确定"三机"选型。通过现场实践,确定了ZF4800/16/30型2柱支撑掩护式支架为主体的"三机"配套,总结出了由上向下割煤、由下向上推刮板输送机并移架、由下向上放顶煤的回采工艺。
